Things about me
OK, it seems to be my turn at this....so here, goes
1. i was born on a bathroom floor in NY
2. i was adopted as an infant and then adopted by a new mother as an adult
3. i lived in Southern CA for 5 years (Disneyland was my favorite place)
4. i peed in my friends older brothers go-cart when i was 8. He had finally let me sit in it, and i dint want to get out to go potty...lol
5. i have ADHD but it was undiagnosed until i was 21 or 22
6. i have played the guitar since i was 8 or 9 years old.
7. i auditioned for the performing arts high schools in NY, but wasn't quite good enough to get in.
8. i did voice training and acting training in NYC for 3 years.
9. My voice coach also trains Cher, Regis Philbin, and Bernadette Peters
10. i got to do a walk-on in a Broadway musical with Bernadette Peters and Tom Wopat.
11. i did actually have a real paying acting job before i decided to leave NYC.
12. i was raised in Judaism, but converted to Christianity when i was 18.
13. i have been Baptized in Assemblies of God, and Confirmed in both the Episcopal and Catholic churches. (i'll attend just about any church, so long as i'm comfy with their teaching)
14. when i visited the house of Parliament in London and they told me "dont sit on the House of Lords seat", i sat on it when the guide wasnt watching....go figure...lol
15. i have done missionary work in Mexico
16. i have travelled to or lived in the following US states: NY, NJ, PA, CT, RI, HI, FL, TX, CA, CO, IL, OH, NC, SC, MD, DC
17. I have travelled to the following countries: England, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria, Greece
18. i am a member of Phi Theta Kappa- a 2-year college international honor society and was the treasurer for my school's chapter
19. i was nominated to the National Dean's list twice in the past 3 years.
20. i was nominated to Who's Who in American Junior Colleges 2 of the past 3 years
21. i was appointed to the All-NJ academic team
22. i like to brag about my academic accomplishments- like y'all couldn't figure that out...lol
23. if i could be anything, i would be a musical theatre actor all the time
24. i have no children, and i dont want any (i'll live happily with Lauren....)
25. 10 years ago, this list would not have been possible- i had no ability to say good things about myself or find the good in me.
26. i like my nose and my eyes. i think they are my finest physical attributes.
27. i love and trust too easily. i like it for all the benefits, but it means i get hurt very deeply.
28. i am very lazy
29. i am very intelligent, but often i fail to use my brain to its fullest potential
30. i am just learning how to be a woman, and i am loving it.
31. i can have multiple orgasms- get jealous everyone....LOL
32. i can speak spanish and know some american sign language
33. i used to manage a dominos pizza- ask me how fast i used to make a large pepperoni pizza...
34. i am an excellant assistant manager, but not a good manager.
35. i function better when someone is in charge of me. (gee, a submissive who likes someone to be in charge, what a shock to all of you, huh??)
36. i am a good writer- both for academic stuff and for creative stuff
37. i have 4 cats, a 55 gal fish tank, and an english sheepdog (who is currently 6 months old and 55 pounds- what a bruiser!)
38. i love my hair to be long, but i cant stand it when my hair is in my face
39. i grew up in NYC- right in Manhattan- so that makes me sort of a snob...lol
40. i can't stand petty jealousy
41. i do not like liars, nor do i like to be asked to lie.
42. i am very interested in history, poly sci, anthropology, philosophy and criminal justice- does anyone know of a good graduate program that will let me study all of those together???
43. i have worked in college cafeterias- and it was nasty disgusting!
44. i passed my driving test (both written and practical) with perfect scores the first time.
45. i have the ability to run up very very high phone bills
46. i love to play canasta- in fact, i need to spend more time in my league www.myleague.com/classickatcana if ya wanna see it....
47. i was an admin of a canasta league that i started with a friend of mine, but i don't really play there anymore.
48. i love to read- harry potter, chronicles of narnia, little house series- these are among my favorites, but not all of em by any stretch
49. Who's line is it anyway is one of the funniest shows i have ever seen
50. i love to watch tv- law and order (not the trial by jury one though..that was horrible), CSI, Family Guy, Malcolm in the Middle, Simpsons....those are some of my favs
51. i really love movies and books that mess with my mind- 6th sense kind of stuff
52. i am a second degree black belt in shaolin kempo karate
53. i am a certified instructor in the above style and could open my own school if i ever wanted to.
54. i love to teach and am very good at it
55. math is the kind of class i take for fun
56. natural sciences like biology are classes i avoid like the plague
57. i really like computers, but i need the "for dummies" approach to really learn to do anyhing with them
58. i have a pretty smile
59. i have tried to commit suicide twice in my life
60. i am really really glad i did not succeed either of those times
61. i can be very self-destructive when i am depressed
62. i used to have a drinking problem
63. i like to think i am emotionally strong
64. i really like gathering vegies from the garden
65. i actually love cooking, but am too afraid of making a yukky meal to cook for people
66. i need lots of praise and reassurance from the people who are important in my life
67. i can have a really bad temper if i'm not careful
68. i am really really good at procrastinating
69. i absolutely love being a submissive (especially because of who i get to be submissive to)
70. i am emotionally mature, mentally mature, but sexually immature (no worries though...i'm exploring and working on that. Who knew it could be so much fun- lol)
71. i am not shy with my words and thoughts, but i can be very shy in new social settings
72. when i get nervous, i tend to say and do really dumb things
73. i love to sing- all the time...in the car, in the shower, waiting on line, walking across campus...wherever, whenever- doesnt matter...i just sing
74. i chew my fingernails and crack my knuckles if i dont pay attention to myself....
75. i peed on Bette Midler's carpet when i was a baby (hopefully i was a baby- lol)
76. i have peed in my pants in public on more than one occasion (are we noticing a trend here??? i think i'm the reason someone invented depends- lol)
77. i love to swim- dont really like the ocean though. Ever since i saw jaws when i was like 5, well, that was the end of the love of the ocean for me...LOL
78. sometimes i still cuddle with a stuffed animal and suck my thumb if i dont feel well
79. i'm a pretty good swimmer
80. i wish i had a flat stomach
81. sometimes i feel like God made me His personal practical joke...and when He gets bored, He looks down and says, "hmmm, there's randi...what can I do to her today"
82. if i could meet one person who has died, it would be my biological mother. i just want to know the real reason why i was given up for adoption.
83. i did find and meet several members of my biological family- including a sister named Michelle (which btw is my middle name.....freaky huh?)
84. i named my dog briscoe after the jerry orbach character in law and order
85. i can be very sentimental
86. i cry during hallmark commercials- you know, the ones they show during the hall of fame movies....
87. i like to take long baths with nice smelling bubble bath
88. im terrible at managing my own money, but great at making sure others dont spend theirs
89. my name in spanish is raquel. my name sign in ASL is the sign for "attitude" made with an "r" shaped hand.
90. my longest friendship started back in 1980- and it's still going strong...
91. i measure my success by the people in my life, not the money or material things in it. (but dont misunderstand me....things are nice too- lol)
92. i try and maintain a sense of humor- especially during the more serious stuff...without a sense of humor, life just would be too overwhelming.
93. i drink waaaaayyy to much diet coke
94. i try and be a people pleaser, but i am also learning how to put myself first in some instances as well.
95. my family comes first in my life. and my definition of family is not limited to me and my mom.
96. i have great organizational skills- i just forget to use them....lol
97. i would love to be able to be a full-time sub and just care for my Domme and her family
98. i want to grow and learn throughout my life- i hope to avoid being stagnant
99. i have always wanted a nickname/name of endearment that could be something special and be used in my family

There are alot we have in common .. amazing, I bet thats why I like you so much. Although I do have to say.. Math is someting I really suck at!!
